Chapter 1: Introduction to DISC

Welcome to Super Lamb's second blog! On this DISC blog, I will be posting about the 4 personality styles from DISC (DISC is a personality accessment). Influencing (there are 11% Is in the world)
Steadiness (there are 69% Ss in the world)
Conscientious (there are 17% Cs in the world)

- Steady

- Deliberate

C people are:
- Conservative
- Calculating
- Cautious
- Neat
- Systematic
- Accurate
- Diplomatic
- Tactful

  1. You should put that the letter which represents a trait are usually: '_____'' because not all the traits is same as that person.
    Eg. D people are usually:
    Demanding
    Determined etc.
